This location is incredibly short staffed—like a lot of other businesses—so the lobby is closed. We are in a huge truck and trailer and can’t fit through the drive thru lane. THANK YOU Kimberly and Sherrie for helping me figure out how to place an order, and feed my family of 6. Best customer service EVER. And while we sat and ate next to our trailer, the drive thru line was never shorter than 10 cars 😬 I can see how they sometimes run out of chicken! Also, it’s located in an open parking lot that’s easy for trucks, trailers, RVs etc to get in and out

If I could give a -10 I would. Went thru the drive thru on 1/15/22 ordered the new 6 piece plant based chicken meal. That's the meal which I didn't get my fries!!! Also ordered 12 piece hot wings and paid 12.95 and only received 6 pieces!! I was on the other side of town before realizing what I didnt receive and headed home. Did not want to go all the way back. If they need to rip off their customers I will NEVER EAT AT CORTEZ KFC!! Didn't even get a receipt but paid $28.43 for a # 17, 6 piece of hot wings charged for a 12 piece and $6.99 for plant based chicken meal with no fries!! Worst ever

Does NOT allow for the KFC app, so just as well forget about any discounts from that. Appears to also have no qualms about allowing sick employees to work, passing on infected food to folks. Buyer beware. On the other hand, it is the only KFC and only fast food fried chicken place in a very small town, the only reason for the second star.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and a pepsi. Wanted the meal instead but to find out my card was getting declined. I didn't eat the food but I just wanted to say thank you too the team that helped us with nothing but kindness. Nona was her name i believe, She seemed new as well but great hospitality. Would come again and actually pay. Sorry and thank you again to the team.
