Taco Bell

Didn’t get acknowledged by anyone at speaker to order for an extensive amount of time. Then was told they do not have what I was trying to order. Then, I tried to understand why not since I just ordered one yesterday. Then I was told that there was not a single cook who knew how to make it. By that time, I was trapped in line. But the order taker informed me I could go ahead and leave. Well, thank you for that. Actually, I couldn’t just leave because there were cars ahead of me and behind me. So I had to go through that long wait just to get out. This is not the typical service of This Taco Bell. I don’t know what happened today. But it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell anywhere.

The worst service I've ever had. We asked for extra sauce when we placed our order at the very beginning only received 2 hot and 2 mild. We asked for more at the window only for the lady to throw 2 more of each at my boyfriend and I. And give us attitude and said she doesn't have to give us any sauce.

Cortez CO. Taco bell manager Gilbert and is staff are the most friendly and happy staff I have seen in Taco bell. They are polite with the upmost professional etiquette and stayed open late 10 min passed 12 a closing on 12.08.21. and I called in a order @ 11: 50 pm Thank you so much working late nights of Law enforcement.
