Wendy's

Bad food and worse service. Just nothing good to say about the whole place, from the service, cleanliness and FOOD. Got a terrible meal and complained the rudest lady I ever met. Her answer, that is the way it is, what is the problem. I was scared to check out the restroom the rest of the place looked so bad.

Trying to understand this. Have been here several times. I myself don't go in. Girlfriend does. I don't know if it's racism or ignorance. But it better GD stop. Her order is ALWAYS wrong despite all of the positive reviews this restaurant seems to have. Today she ordered a bacon cheese baked potato with extra cheese. When opened it was a baked potato with a few pieces of shredded cheese. No liquid cheese at all. So took it back. They just took the potato I brought back (which was already cold) and sprinkled more shredded cheese and some bacon pieces and handed it back. Didn't remake it or anything. Then girlfriend goes to look at he food finally and her nuggets only had 2 nuggets in it. Since when do they sell 2 piece nuggets? Horrible service. Next time I will be in. I dare you to mess up the order I SPEND MONEY ON. Yet you all cry for more pay. I personally think you deserve less.

The team at this restaurant was awesome. My kids made alot of changes to their meals and they just listened and worked it out. 0 issues with the order. They were pleasant to talk to and made jokes with us we waited for our food. The service was fast too. When we got there, there were several cars in front of us. We ordered 6 meals and were through the drive through in under 10 minutes. Also, the food was great. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

It took ages to get my food, and it was disappointing: it was an unmotivated piece of chicken meat in a standard bun with a single piece of lettuce. To say the least, I as a customer didn't feel valued. Lots of other people also waited for their food and the staff did nothing to explain why there was a delay and how much longer people would have to wait. I'm done with Wendy's, sorry.
