I have to say that the treats here at Cold Stone Creamery are awesome. The staff are great as well. I do have to mention a review hereby Dennis D. You should read it. This guy needs to get out more often. What a drama Queen! LOL.

The combinations are endless!! Happy & helpful staff ~ prices are reasonable for the amount & quality! Strongly recommend! ... In addition to wonderful ice cream, they offer Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory ! (Chocolate/Caramel covered 🍏 apples) and much more!!

Creamy, cold, flavors. This is what the cold stone creamery brings to the hot, dry, bland area of Cortez. As it sits between Sally’s beauty supply and some sport clothing store; I feel not only elated but I have a sense of enlightenment, as I walk through their doors and see the apples covered with nuts and caramel ; caramel cooked to perfection. The ice cream is not only life changing, it is a religious experience. The two girls there were so nice, I had to hold back tears from the emotional tsunami that I felt from their altruistic benevolence. I will be forever changed, now knowing that the cold stone creamery and those two angels are here in this universe

Great place to get ice cream. Great service and delicious treats to satisfy any person's sweet-tooth! You'll find your favorites from BOTH Coldstone Creamery and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in this dual store, the first in the country to combine both franchises into one store.

The girls were very friendly, served us quickly. The ice cream is as delicious as always. I tried the banana nut bread batter, mixed with chopped walnuts. yummy!

I always get friendly and fast service from the staff at Cold Stone when I walk in, and when I've ordered a custom cake for a celebration from them it was done ahead of time and turned out wonderful!

Cortez Cold Stone is Awesome! The employees are so helpful and soooo much fun. The ice cream and chocolates are of course DELICIOUS and the store itself is very clean and well taken care of. 5 Stars!
