Was in town and heard this was a good place to get some food. Got there right at 11 for lunch. Service was excellent and very attentative even though it got crowded really quick. The menu selection is nice and plenty of different items are offered. Would have loved to try some of the beers they have, but since it was a business lunch I ended up with the hibiscus sweet tea. That tea was amazing!!!!!! Ordered an appetizer and main course. Food is plenty. However for the place somewhat having a cajun flair all the food was looking delicious but everything needed salt and pepper everything was a tat bland and I watched several other tables reaching for salt and pepper shakers as well. Not sure if it is always bland or just the cook didn't add enough spices. Not that it is a deal breaker and to never go again. I just like a little pep in my food. Especially when there is a cajun flair. Pricing is a bit on the higher side but you do get a good large helping.

Customer service was great and the food was outstanding. We started with the seared mahi mahi which was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our entree was fresh caught black drum and jumbo shrimp with hobo fries and side salad which was delicious as well . Dessert was fresh homemade key lime pie and it was great. Our waiter was very professional and did a great job, we will definitely be coming back when we are back in town.

First time here. To start, we had the Onion Rings for an appetizer which were kind of limpy with very little crust, but ok. We then ordered the Pub House Burger with the hobo fries. It was amazing! One of the best burgers I have ever eaten! The service was amazing! Our server was so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

Our new favorite place to eat. Stopped by for lunch before heading to the aquarium which is really close by. This place must be popular with the working folks in the area because it was packed for a weekday lunch. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait long for a table. One downside was it was really loud but once folks started leaving it was much better. Fresh, delicious food with friendly, efficient service. The onion rings were to die for but way too much for 2. Both of us had shrimp & it was flavorful. We were hoping for home brewed root beer since they brew beer but no luck. We’re adding this to our Visit Again list when visiting the coast.

The Appetizer Platter was good, we split between 6 people. The blackened fish tacos are fantastic (comes with 2) and there are many beers and margs. to choose from! We’ll definitely be coming here again.

Trying local restaurants with in-house brewing is a must when vacationing. Railroad Seafood & Brewery is the best choice my family and I have made during all our trips. The brews and food were really good, but the service we received from Bentley made our visit miles above fantastic. He made sure the beers and meals were to our liking. Even though the current special, Shrimp Pesto Pasta, was not available the staff was able to make up a batch and it was incredible! Bentley answered all the questions we bombarded him with, helped with dessert decision on cheesecake and made a good, strong coffee to go with the dessert. We hope to return to CC soon for another visit and are looking forward to good food and drinks at Railroad served by Bentley!

Over the years we have dined here a few times but mostly it seems we attend political fundraisers here. The facilities are good the on-premises brewed beer is fine and the food served with the speeches is rather tasty. The parking is expansive.

The catfish was excellent. Crispy coating and meaty tender fish. Unfortunately no hush puppies to be found on the menu. The hobo potatoes are a mixture of regular fries and sweet potato fries. Oddly the sweet potato fries are skinny like shoe string potatoes. Not exactly the 50-50 mixture I was expecting. My preference would have been hush puppies even with the Mahi Mahi special I had ordered. This was my first intro to Mahi Mahi. I don't understand the the hype. IMO it wasn't worth the $22 for the plate. A MN walleye is just as tasty. My daughter enjoyed the shrimp with baby potatoes. It came with a lot of green peppers. Appreciated the friendly staff but it was difficult to hear her from across the table.

The food here is so fresh and delicious! This place was so busy for a week day, I thought it was going to be a good wait time but I got seated right away. If a place being jammed packed on a weekday is any indication that the food is good well then, rest assured that this place will satisfy your every need!
