I love Juice it Up and decided to try this location today. Big mistake! Observations: it was dark inside because the blinds were closed and lights off, workers cussing at each other and throwing away drinks they just made, they ran out of cash in the register, and I saw a customer come in who had been waiting 1 HOUR for his drink… I walked out after seeing all of this and went back to my usual place on 6th St… much better service there!

This store is so dirty we threw our drinks out! The floors are gross, the seating area looked like it’s never been cleaned, the counters were horribly dirty with grime even around the cash register! The girls that made our drinks didn’t wear gloves or wash their hands before starting and they reached into containers with their hands!! I was appalled and disgusted!! We love juice it up but will NEVER return to this store!!

Today we’ve order several items, açaí bowls and smoothies. Drinks were not done although we got the confirmation time when they suppose to be ready to be picked up. The açaí bowls were the wrong size, we paid for a large and got regular size, also they were all melted, we were better of just drinking them than using a spoon. The Mocha smoothie had a weird taste. It is sad and frustrating, since your items are not cheap at all. We are regular customers but will think twice to go back or order again from this location.

Its 3pm now. Still not open. Overcompensate for how long whatever emergency is going to happen. That way you wont be in some type of time defecit and upset customers.

My 1st time ever in a Juice It Up.! I love the Acai smoothie..!!! So delicious 😋 Selection of juice combos are great as well as the smoothie choices.
Service was very good and friendly.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is; not allowed access to the Wifi. Other than that I am very pleased to have discovered the Juice It Up franchise.! 👍

By far the worst Juice it Up I’ve been to. The “Girls” were dressed like they were home. One of them wore sweatpants to work. My drinks were not blended well (clumpy bananas and chunks of peanut butter). The energy there was sluggish.
