Flame Broiler

They always over cook the chicken. The first time I went I thought oh maybe it was just one of those days, and then I went a second time and it was the same thing, the chicken is just all dried out at this location and there's nothing worse than eating all dry up chicken when you're trying to have a good lunch. so you might want to consider going to a different location to where the chicken isn't all dried out and really not good. Also when ordering this online I asked for curbside pickup and when I get there nobody would answer the phone so I ended up having to park anyway and go in.

Omg we were so hungry and we decided on Flamer Broiler. We usually enjoy it a lot. Unfortunately not all Flamer Broilers are created equal. This location lacks in all areas. Not well maintained and they aren't very friendly either. Had leaky roof and a weird smell. (didn't notice until we were seated and already ordered) Wish we would have taken our masks off before ordering. Food- was overcooked and so dry! The hot sauce they use doesn't pair well with Korean BBQ chicken or steak. Stop being cheap and get some sriracha. No one wants Lousiana hot sauce on their Korean BBQ it's nasty! Overall a very bad lunch total waste of time & money. We will not be coming back!

I usually am so pleased go eat at blame broiler buy the one on McKinley is just not good. I asked for a side of fruit and they charged me and I literally got an orange and the side salad was just cabbage no dressing. The food was not hot and fresh I just was let down. So I'd rather drive to another one for sure

The cashier Jennifer was rude, hostile, unfriendly. She seemed inconvenienced and rolled her eyes at me when I requested white meat only. She yelled at my 3 year old son for no reason and made him cry and spill his drink. The other cashier, who was friendly and very pretty young Asian girl was so nice to me and my son. She even gave my son a hug so he wouldn't cry and gave him a free drink. Now, that's what I call customer service! Unfortunately, I will not return to this location because of Jennifer's disgusting and horrible behavior.
