The reason I am giving a 5 star rating is due to John THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL ever!
We frequent this location quite a bit, and there have been hit or miss situations. The restaurant itself is very clean and can get extremely busy. We had other servers that would forget to check on us or bring us our orders incorrectly or not at all.
However, each time that John helped us, our food always comes out fresh and hot. If there was an error, he personally makes sure it is corrected.
On one occasion, I came in with my daughters after a very emotional day. John not only honed in on it, he went out of his way to get in a Caesar salad since she said that would cheer her up. He made jokes and kept her in conversation to make her laugh.
On top of all of that, he made sure that our meal was perfect.
He truly puts his heart into his work.

Not a bad place. Most of the time food is excellent, but once in a while it seems they fall asleep in the kitchen. Overall it's a good place with a nice atmosphere. Bone in ribeye is highly recommended.

The worst OUTBACK ever. Place is empty order took over 39 minutes for 3 steaks and looks and taste nasty. I'm usually a huge outback fan after this experience i will never return and only.goto Texas Roadhouse Grill place is a dive man what a horrible experience so disappointed and of course first time bringing my wife and daughter here...well we wont be back again. Location has been around for a while but didn't provide the same service as past visits. They were out both steaks I wanted and the prime rib wasnt the best. The server was friendly but the service was below par. Positive was the blooming onion is still good.

I was slightly disappointed overall. Due to covid-19 restrictions it was strictly outdoor dining which is usually fine, but unfortunately there were so many large earwigs it made it really unpleasant and difficult to relax while constantly dodging these insects. They drop off the building trim randomly onto you, your table or worse your plate. There was no wait for a table (I'm wondering if other people knew about the earwigs and this was why) and the staff was friendly. The food was pretty good except everything was extremely over seasoned and so much salt it was as if the lid fell off the salt shaker and got dumped onto the food. The prices are decent and the menu choices are good. I probably won't return to this location again unless it's for indoor dining and I will tell them to go light handed on the salt.

Service and staff were great. The quality and taste of the food was also great, but the portions are very small for the price you pay. We ordered 5 meals and an appetizer. All very small portions. Won't be back again as the value just isn't there. Wouldn't mind it if the costs were lower to offset the portions.
