Good team work...thanks to: (Alberto: Asst. Manager/ Helen: Cashier/ Nely and Johana: Cooking Crew/ Amayrani: Manager/ Laura: Cleaning Crew) for providing a good satisfactory experience that my money can buy at a fast food place of this kind during my most recent experience eating at this location.
Food: Is always warm and fresh.
Service: Friendly and bilingual (Spanish and English)
Atmosphere: Clean and safe except for random homeless customers coming in and out (but hey is New York and this type of situations are happening almost everywhere).
I hope that you guys keep the good standards of service given so far for new and regular customers coming in and out.
From all the Burger King locations visited in New York so far (Time Square in Manhattan/ Fashion District in Manhattan / Sunny Side in Queens/ Astoria Queens ...just to name a few) this is the best one so far.

Happy to see this location come back to life. The Covid-19 hit this fast food location pretty bad. For the last 18 months or so they have been pretty busy selling their burgers 🍔, fries 🍟, & chicken nuggets at reasonable prices. Their location is quite clean, & their staff is friendly & courteous. Great comfort food & fast service just as it should be in the fast food industry. .... JM.

They have a bathroom that is open to all they need it. Food is good and service. You can sit down and eat an not feel like your in a crowd, lots of room. Free WiFi.

Well it's Burger King. I did try the new Ch'King sandwich which was actually pretty good A little bit pricey but not bad.

I understand that they were about to close but to be a fast food place they were very slow.
Also this BK and some others have frozen drinks on their menu and they dont even have a frozen drink machine. Actually, the cashier didn't even know what it was, she asked me 'what is this?'
Other than that very clean place and cashiers are gentle.

Burger King is one of the best places to lounge out and eat in or out, this place is my favorite place to go and it's gladly appreciated by the customer service they provide me. I recommend Burger King to everyone.
