Very busy. But I must say that the front staff and back staff worked as one. Our server was most pleasant and professional. We asked for poached eggs, we don't make them but we can stew?? Done very well. For a chain this was one of the better managed.

I went here for the Thanksgiving meal. It was fantastic! I bought another one to go to have at home later.
I didn't even know they did that till someone told me about it.
Everything was great and service rocks, she got a $20 tip!

The food is very good, the waiters and service was good. The inside needs updating. Booth seats are duct taped to cover the holes, rug needs replaced. Ventilation covers are VERY dirty.

We were a group of 25. The staff was excellent. They greeted us and had us seated and served in a very timely manner. The food was excellent!
The staff was extremely friendly and eager to address all our needs.

Went for breakfast with the kids. Food was good. Service was friendly,and prompt. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a country themed chain restaurant. My only complaint, and it is minor more a me thing than anything... after we finished our food and needed to leave for a scheduled event our waitress got busy and disappeared for like 20 minutes without giving us our check to cashout...

The men's room is not very clean or nice. Not terribly handicapped friendly. Could use some attention. Turkey dinner is always the best option always worth the visit.

Food is great, portions are great, but mens washroom is gross.
And the bill was wrong, they forgot to take out the kids meals on Tuesday, kids eat free on Tuesday.

I have never before had biscuits this delicious! I ordered biscuits and gravy and could have eaten the soft, crumbly, buttery biscuits alone and been perfectly happy! The service was very quick and our waitress was attentive and checked in often. The restaurant was clean and not too busy on a Tuesday morning.

This was the second time I've been here, and the food is exactly what you'd expect at a chain comfort food restaurant.
The benches were wet when we sat down, so at least we knew things were being wiped off. My menu had food crusted on the folds.
But, the server was friendly, and the food was good.
