5 �,A wonderful lunch at Slamming Jamming BBQ today. This is a must stop in, had sliced brisket, potato salad and beans..thought I had died and gone to heaven..my lunch was amazingly delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Their signature wine is thirst quenching and refreshing. To top it off our waiter brought us a sample of ribs to taste, over the top flavor...
Stopped in on Mother’s Day for dinner. Waitress was very attentive and the food was AMAZING! I had the ribs and chicken and I could not have asked for a more flavorful dinner! The baked beans are to die for! Even tried the sweet corn bread muffin and I gave to say it was excellent! Overall just a great place for a great BBQ dinner without any of the hassle!!! We will definitely be coming back.
My initial impression was positive. We came in with our 8 month old and everyone was friendly and happy to accommodate/see our little one with us. You could quickly tell it’s a local fav.
What really matters though is the food and I’d give it 10 stars if I could! For the meat lovers out there- this is your spot! Everything is made/cooked in house and I was in heaven eating my heaping pile of food. Absolutely delicious!!
I highly recommend this restaurant. Great bbq choices and atmosphere. I loved the brisket! We didn’t have any drinks, but they have a full-service bar.
We stopped in for a late lunch and the place was full, but they made room for us upstairs which was nice. We enjoyed some of the best smoked and deep fried garlic parm chicken wings we have ever had. Definitely a must have on our next visit.
I've been dining here for years. The food is always amazing especially the fall off the bone ribs. The sauce is beyond good, good isn't even a powerful enough word to describe the taste of their BBQ sauce. If this place has any bit of a downfall it's the prices. A bit steep but you know what, you get what you pay for and I keep coming back for more.
Food was amazing! My wife and I shared the platter and all the BBQ meets were great. Especially loved the brisket and pulled pork. Also the sides of Macaroni salad and beans were great. A great price. Great beer. Waitress was excellent. Nice location down the Main Street. Lots to see nearby.
Pretty decent place. We were a party of 11 without a reservation. This team was able to accommodate us. The wine and beer selection is limited. The food was good. Parking is street parking only (from what I saw (we are from out of town and don't know the area).
I think it is safe to say that we would visit again if we are in the area.
I tried the special of loaded brisket fries. I really like them, but the brisket was chopped so fine it was hard to tell where it was. We also had the lunch brisket plate. The taste was good, but there was a ton of fat chopped in with it, probably about a quarter to a third of the whole serving. The pulled pork was good along with the baked beans. Both sauces on the table were also delicious. I preferred the chipotle BBQ since it was spicy. The service was excellent.
I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could. It did not get 5 as some of the ribs were a little burnt and it was a little pricey for the type of food. But…. the service was fantastic, the food came quick and it was delicious. The meat fell right off the ribs, the corn muffin was delicious, the green beans with bacon and onions were even very tasty. I liked the fries and the patty melt also, though I asked for medium rare and it was more medium - medium well, it still was moist and tasty. We definitely will return.
We try and teach out kids to enjoy the local restaurants vs the national chains.very seldom are we ever disappointed. We'll done folks, well done your service and food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience.
