I should have read the reviews 🙄. I pulled to the drive-thru and the lady immediately said she wasn't taking orders because she's the only one at work. Didn't try to position it in a respectful way...or anything. I told her that I had already placed the order online and paid. She had me pull around. She didn't greet me at the window and just handed the box out, no receipt. I had to ask if it was under my name. Then the burgers are cold and the Krystal chics are usually made of real chicken....this some breaded crop and the bread is stale. Thanks for nothing.

I just sat at the Krystal's on Germantown Parkway for an hour. At the intercom, there was no acknowledgement of my wait and when I got to the window, the young lady asked "what you order?" I asked her if they were short staffed and she said "Yea. We're always short staffed." I get that it's difficult finding consistent employees in fast food, but I think a little courtesy goes a long way such as "sorry for your wait" or maybe even a free drink or dessert or something. I continued to wait because one I thought about leaving, I didn’t because I had already committed and spent a while in line. When I tried contacting the number to report my issue it gave a bounce back. When I went to website to file a complaint the Germantown store isn’t even an option. This was a terrible experience and I pray I don’t get food poisoning.

Worse customer service ever!!!! I waited for almost 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. So I said hello the lady on the intercom said “ hold ma’am I trying to figure something out” and it was so aggressive just rude and unprofessional. It was no good morning or ma’am give me a second or anything. I will never spend my money where someone is very ride and unprofessional.

Took over a hour to get my order. They were short handed with 4 workers on staff. Wouldn't have been so upset with the wait but took 15 minutes to place my order, waiting at the speaker. I was never acknowledged until I spoke trying to place my order. They did not apologize, offer a discount, or coupon. They never even told customers they were short handed until we recieved our order in hand. They locked the doors with waiting customers inside and outside. They would not answer the phone for the ones waiting outside inquiring about their order. We did get our food an hour and half later. Good quality food but very unprofessional service. In all honesty the service tendered was so bad it would have been best to just close the doors.

This location needs an overhaul or needs to just close. I pulled up to order and sat there at least 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. She was rude and had an attitude. Never greeted me as a customer. I get to the window and apparently she was the only one working because the other 2 just stood there on their phones. Burgers were messy and just thrown together and the fries weighed about 2lbs. They weren't cooked all the way and soaked in grease. Nastiest thing I have ever had. I will never go back.

Like most fast food establishments, this one is still suffering from vivi Covid staff shortages. Inside is still closed for dining. Took 30 mins to get 4 Cheese Krystal’s at the drive thru. Staff was bogged down because customer’s would drive off after ordering their food because the service and wait was so long. Hopefully they can get the store probably staffed because this is great location and has a lot of potential.

I been in line for 30 and 15mins at the window. The young lady whom took my order with the power-puff jacket on. Just scrolling on her phone and talking to another employee in the back. I literally waited 45 mins just for my food to still end up wrong. Also my drink was water down. When I ask about a refund she gone tell me I have to drive back around because it’s cars behind me waiting on their order as well. It’s just ridiculous
