I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip dinner with Mac and cheese and fries. When I got home I had 4 pieces of fish instead of chicken. Everything else was correct. I was so disappointed. Otherwise I have never been disappointed. Always had good service and food.

The service was great both days that I went. The blacken tilapia was great and the rice,green beans , Mac and cheese was much better. The fried oysters was awesome but the pecan pie taste old but I will be back very soon. Awesome job

I mean it's Captain D's can't really go wrong just check your bag because they forget stuff.. the clerk seems that I even gave her a tip I felt so bad for her she was just like thank you and this monotone voice was just kind of a bummer getting some fish from there girl look like she been crying or something I don't know but anyways if you didn't forget the mozzarella sticks I would have given you five stars because the fish was the fish

Fairly new Capt D’s location. Employees were professional and friendly. Food was fresh, hot, and good tasting.
Regular fish was cooked perfectly and side item of coleslaw was also very good.

Very well maintained and clean place to have a quiet lunch of fried seafood. Nice staff.

Came here last night (March 15) and went through the drive thru. The wait time was around 15 mins and my food was fresh, hot, and correct. I ordered the 3 piece fish meal with okra and mac n cheese. It was kind of pricey but that’s expected because of it being seafood. I will definitely come back when the mood strikes.

I don't know if whoever was cooking was having a bad day, but they were aggressive tossing the food orders on the counter. However the lady who was taking the orders in the front was nice and friendly.

Captain D's has always been one of my favorite places to eat while traveling. The food at this particular location was good, but customer service experience needs to be improved.
