Not as good as my last visit sad to say. Employees were friendly. But the double shimp I order was over cooked this time as were the fries. The burger buns were hard on the edges of all of them.. The double cheese I ordered barely had any onions on it. I will stop again on my next trip. Hopefully it will be much better. I love Krystals ❤

During our visit here the business had to be under staffed and the employees poorly trained. We ordered 10 Krystals in the drive thru once we got to window we waited for 25 minutes ( no joke) before we received what we ordered. They wasn't extremely busy they did not have the dining room open only drive thru. I don't understand why it took so long and I know it doesn't take that long for the meat to cook. The biggest let down was the burgers were not the best tasting. When the burgers were made excessive amount of mustard was added to the point every bite I made mustard dropped from bottom of burger. I hope my next visit will be better.

We ordered one of the sack deals - 12 Krystal's, 2 drinks, 2 fries. They gave us two different sizes cups and swore they were the same size. They clearly were not, but at least we could get free refills. The place was dirty! Tables needed to be wiped off and there was food on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold all over the toilet bowl and it was obvious the floors had not been mopped in a very long time. It was so bad, I'll probably never eat at another Krystal again even though they're mostly franchise operations.

Literally the worst Krystals I've ever been to. I made an order on the app and then pulled through the drive thru and they tell me to pull to the parking lot. So I do and waited over 40 minutes and there was no communication. Don't waste your time here on lazy workers and they want $15.00 an hour lmao yeah right!

The food was so yummy and incredibly quick!!! This location has multiple pandemic related precautions including a sturdy plexiglass barrier, prevention visual aids, closed off dining area, and designated entrance and exit doors. Suggestions: -Add a bell and a bottle of hand sanitizer so customers don't have to yell to get service -From a logistics standpoint the main entrance and exit door signs should be switched. -Unless this location is scheduled for renovation soon, the toilet seat needs to be replaced.
