Have our breakfast on our way to Florida, had breakfast platter & omelette biscuits, they're OK, the hashbrown is good, and the restroom is clean.

Girl had attitude when ordering. Not sure if they was short staffed or what. Waited ten minutes in line. 2 cars ahead left without food. We ended up following. Have never done that before. And still felt bad. But probably should have closed if short staffing was cause.

Go through the line, just wanted a Coke to bring my blood sugar up. I ask for a small coke (Just need something quick and cheap), get to window it is $2 and some change! Now, as customer service you should always offer the sale item if more than what is being purchased (which happened to be a medium drink for $1).

Really great staff. Food was a bit slow, which was ok as everything was so very fresh. Would have rated a 5 except the restrooms were not clean.

The worst customer service. In the mornings the shift manager took our orders everyday for 5 or 6 days. She never once was welcoming. First thing she would say is "what do you want" .

After gassing up I stopped here in route back to Atlanta after a business trip. It was around 8 p.m. April 27th 2022. I saw the Hardee's drive-thru line was a d so I decided to place an order. The female took my order and decided to park me. I thought it was weird that she would park me when no one else was in the Drive-Thru. This female stayed yapping on the phone and I guess she didn't want me to witness it via the drive-thru window.
