Dairy Queen

When we arrived it was extremely crowded. We almost went somewhere else when we saw only two employees helping customers. It only took a couple minutes of watching to realize those two had it together. Those two took the orders and third was filling them. 10 minutes later the 6 of us were outside enjoying our ice cream. Excellent!

Every time I go to this DQ I am greeted by some clerk who is clearly not happy being there. Half the time they have no clue what they are doing, and the other half they are rude and blunt. A basic blizzard is $4 for a small and can go up for a medium and a large. The ice cream is pretty average , and there frappes are wretchedly bad. I do enjoy an occasional blizzard but I go to the one in Settlers Ridge instead. No indoor seating and it gets pretty cramped on busy nights. I sadly wouldn't recommend as of now. EDIT 9/27/16 I went tonight becuase I had a b1g1 coupon. The workers were very friendly and my blizzards were very good. Rating has been adjusted and hopefully in the future it will be just as good.

Absolutely abysmal. Worst service I have had in a long time anywhere. When I got there, there were three young men working (but they were largely just goofing off even though there was a small line) and 3 people ahead of me. It took me ALMOST 45 MINUTES before my order was taken. It took another 20 minutes for my order to be finished as they took orders from AND SERVED 4 people BEHIND me in line. The boys gave me the blizzards for free but that doesn’t excuse the over 1 hour wait time. Management must be atrocious for it to be this inefficient. Will just drive the extra distance to Coldstone or Rita’s in Robinson from now on.

Season 2019 AWESOME young employees !!! Curtious, energetic (unusual today lol), friendly, accommodating and just all around good crew! Visit often. Never disappoints ! That on top of quality of all product top notch! ❤ A pleasure to patronize this quality establishment ! Ps I was not given a free cone for this either
