Dunkin'

I usually have good experiences here (fast service, friendly staff, etc) but today they only filled my cup up a bit more than half way? I used to work at a coffee shop and you’d never catch me ripping off customers like this. If your cup isn’t see-through then make sure to check it before you leave:/

I placed a mobile order today and did not receive one of my items. I called the store and they said I would have to go back to get a refund. I talked to two of their employees and neither one of them were able to help me. Not only were the employees that I talked to rude, they were also very arrogant and snippy. Never again will I be going to the Coralville Dunkin' Donuts! Update: thought I would go back to give them another chance, but they messed up again. I ordered two chocolate chocolate donuts and they gave me two chocolate sprinkle donuts. Now I know this might not be a huge issue but that's not what I paid for. They have the most incompetent workers I have ever seen. They first gave me the wrong order and then had to change it. Worst service ever!

I decided to go to this location today instead of the one downtown in ic to get their food, but the pancakes were so dry and hard that I could hammer something in with them. I love their hasbrowns but when I got them they were cold and burnt. They employees also seemed annoyed and like they were having a bad day and let everyone know of it. I hope they can improve cuz I would love to have some good Dunkin! Even the small location has better coffee than this one

Usually fast and efficient, and some employees are very positive and nice, but others seem curt and a little rude. Especially in clarifying orders, when they tend to be condescending or overly annoyed at having heard the number of cream and sugar wrong. I just wanna get coffee and be happy. Please let me do both.
