With a short staff, a pandemic, AND the holidays this place has been busy almost every day of the week with no stop. As a customer you can almost expect a line and wait of at least 10 minutes, but the crew handle the high demand with sheer grace. They’ve never been overly stressed that they’ve lashed out, they really know how to keep the line moving and how to stay professional. They work really hard especially for the amount that they are earning just to give us as customers great service. I also had a really great experience with a worker there maybe 2-3 months ago. They were so nice and complimented me. Whenever we see them now they recognize us and we don’t hesitate to say, “hello” and say a few nice words ☺️ For being a Skelton crew in a mall they sure do work hard and get their job done for us. Thanks for all you do guys!!

Came with my husband. We ordered two meals. Placed them seperately. As husband wanted the shrimp we had to wait a few minutes. That's fine. Placed our order and they even wrote what each wanted on the bottom of our plates. When we picked up our plates I didn't expect to have to retrieve half of my entree from his plate. And also pick up two smaller plates to switch. As we ordered one beef entre each they just doubled it up and put it on one plate. Also another of my entrees was also on his plate which had rice. Customer service wasn't friendly and less than satisfactory. Wouldn't bother coming here again.
