Kiosk ordering did not work efficiently. After entering an order for four. It would not process my payment. I ordered an Americano and the cashier said they did not offer that. Another staff helped him. My daughter did not want to wait and refused to order for herself and my two year old granddaughter. My ten year old granddaughter got an egg biscuit. We walked to the car and got back on the highway. It was cold. We threw it out. My coffee tasted old, over half thrown out. A great disappointment.

Customer Service Sucked! I purchased a spicy Crispy Chicken Combo and the Sandwich was horrible.I believe I was giving a sandwich with fell between being dropped in the grease and it was burned to a crisp. I felt like I was racially profiled and not wanted,No Greeting and just a very cold feeling from cashier.Usually I remove myself when I feel unwanted. For 10.00 the services Sucked.
