I went to the location on a Sunday, walked in and was surprised at how clean it was. For a fast food joint, you know this is not common. The order was done using a touch screen, which was super easy to navigate. I bought the double bacon cheeseburger combo and made the fries with melted cheese. The fries were decent, the cheese definitely adds some flavor. The burger itself was pretty good. My son tried the snickers shake and said it had good flavor but the snickers chunks were still a little too chunky. Staff there were friendly and the order came out fast. I'd recommend if you're looking to change up the normal fast food chains, lots of parking available as well.
A little different now that they’ve switched to autonomous touch screen ordering and a slightly slimmed down menu, but still tasty! They seem to have streamlined the menu (no more mushrooms or Swiss cheese) but kept a lot of the favorites. They still have single or double steak burgers with toppings like American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. They also had the special garlic steak burger which was delicious.
There aren’t the sauces and seasonings on the tables anymore, but they still have ketchup available.
The shake menu is still extensive which is great! The food came out quickly and was well prepared. I do miss some of the old flavors they had but I understand restaurants need to change to stay afloat. It’s clean and welcoming and the self-ordering makes things much faster.
Always delicious, great fries and shakes! Prices are so fair. Love eating there.
It’s my favorite cheat day spot. The burgers and fries are so tasty, and don’t get me started on the Nutella shake. Staff appears to be always in a good mood.
I ordered 2 sandwiches without the bun. I like steak and shake for this. I can get the sandwich without the bun for gluten issues. The kiosk is a good feature. It reduces covid exposure and allows me to customize. I am just now reheating one so I did not picture. In general the steak and shake burgers are better than most fast food joints. I also like the onion rings pictured. They are larger and have more union. The 50's look is also nice on the walls. But overall good. Steak and Shake should have a higher rating
Stopped by for the 1/2 priced shakes offered from 2-4pm....this visit was well worth the price and the ride over there. My party of three absolutely loved our shakes...the strawberry and cookies and cream were delicious.
It was Amazing! Family night out and I love the new way of serves. Food is just the right size portion and the shakes is seriously amazing.
The food was good but the service wasn’t as nice. No ketchup available and no staff to customer communication. The place was pretty empty inside, only 4-5 groups of people.
Burgers are good in their own right, its a different kind of burger than the typical burger spots. The patties arent uniform theyre kind of messy and covered in cheese but in a good way. I think the burgers are great but kinda small. The fries are good i like em just feel like a little more would be nice consideribg theyre cut so small. Theyre definetely going for different here. The only thing i didnt like was the chicken tenders,... those i dont know the meat was kind of mushy like they blended it all up and then decided to make long tenders and it was just odd to me. Not my thing. I really liked the burgers tho.
I missed having a good burger and fries for a nice price and this was my go to. The staff very friendly and the food and milkshakes never disappointed. Every one was very friendly and safe.
