Dairy Queen

Wish I could give 0 stars. Today I waited at the second window for an extended amount of time, waiting on 1 burger (no drink & no fry) When I asked the worker why it was taking so long & why workers were just sitting in the front & hanging out in the back. She was very disrespectful and then let her (what seemed to be manager) speak to me the exact same way. It seems that this location is slowly going downhill.

Man they screw up everything. 10 minute wait in line just to order. Then they tell you to pull around for another 15 minute and then mess the order up on 2 sandwiches. They could care less. She said "we made it fresh just for you" proceeds to give me messed up sandwiches I paid extra for. The food was terrible also. Dry as cardboard..and tasted old. Do not go here. They just want your money and don't give any customer service In return. Ill be glad when they put something else there.

Very bad service. I visited this place on 6/11/22 in evening. Employee named Cynthia was at window. She was being very rude and disrespectful. She did not respond when I tried to order and when I drove to window, she said I was supposed to order back there. I said I tried and no one answered. She was like - I am the only one here and I don't want to serve to you. We left there very next second. Will never visit there again. Before I drove off, I also noted she was showing same disrespectful behavior to the next customer. It's shameful that store manager allows her to still work there.

It was well over 90 degrees. We were hot and wanted ice cream. We entered the open doors, only to have the one of two staffers shout, "Dining room's not open." So we went through the drive through and waited about 25 minutes for "ice cream". It ended up being like soup with Blizzard toppings in it. It was awful. My recommendation, skip DQ and go to Andy's on Sandy Lake in Coppell. They have quicker service and it tastes better anyway.

Don't waste your time going here. They are never open during the hours they state they're open. Cars are there but they refuse to serve anyone. When you do catch them willing to sell food they're usually out of everything. They often don't have ice cream. They hired a nice woman who seemed to make a difference in actually getting served but I guess she hasn't been there lately. I refuse to waste my time and expensive gas to go here for no reason. I'll never try to spend money here again. Other DQ near here who actually want to sell food.

!!!Just went back and calculated the last 50 reviews and their rating going back the past 7 months is only 2.64!!! Might as well give my bad review while reading all the others. Used to love going here. It seemed like going to a Dairy Queen in a small town out in rural Texas. But never open when they say they are and takes forever to get food when they are open. There must be a new owner or manager that took over about 7 months ago as that is when all the bad reviews began. Just calculated what my 1 star review will do to their rating and it will go down from the current 3.7 to 3.695. However, that won't show up since they round to the nearest tenth : ) !!!Just went back and calculated the last 50 reviews and their rating going back the past 7 months is only 2.64!!!

Well I ordered thru the drive thru. I was asked to pull up to the second window when there was nobody behind me. I did as asked and pulled up to the worst 2nd window I ever seen. At least clean the area if your sending me there. I waited 2-25 minutes and I finally got my meal. Well the fries were very cold and the burger was almost warm. I had to pull around and go inside. They had the doors locked still at 10 46 a.m. With some little kids eating inside. I wonder if the little kids got cold fries. Mr. Mike. I'm very disappointed in your Dairy Queen. I hope you provide a Better service than this. It's ridiculous so you know. I'm a very unhappy customer. I see why this dairy queen isn't as busy as I used to be.

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy that served me he was so rude and disrespectful. He overcharged me and I brought it to his attention and didn’t want to change it. I also asked for the napkins and called them like four or five times and they ignored me. When the guy finally gave me napkins he had a attitude. The lady that worked here she had her kids there and they were going in and out of the kitchen which is very unsanitary. I will NEVER come back. DO NOT COME HERE. KEEP YOUR MONEY! Or go to a different location. My time here wasn’t enjoyable at all.
