This is the first time here, will definitely be back. The food was packing with flavor. I got the 2 tamales (1 beef; 1 chicken) with beans & rice. Came with some salsa.

Went in for the first time and the staff was very helpful and friendly in explaining the menu. I ordered the Tommy bowl and it was delicious but where they really shine is in the desserts. The apple cinnamon tamale is amazing and will make you disappointed in any other tamale you have because it is just that good.

No wonder why this was rated the best for tamales! i love tamales and everything i ordered was simply delish and satisfying. heard great reviews about grapevine location but i tried coppell location and it was great. very simple menu - chicken tamales, tommy bowl was great!! a must try !!

Yesterday makes my third trip to Tommy Tamale. I always get the Tamale Bowl and I say I am going to get other things but I continue to get the Tamale Bowl because it is so good. This place is so consistent with their food and it just taste amazing. The rice, the queso, and the chili is what sets this apart from anything else I have every had. I never want to eat my tamales with out sauce again. I just enjoy this food so much.

The tamales are solid! What great combinations. Will have to try more items next time! Def worth it if you want to try something new.

The food and service is really great! My only complaint is the chairs. They are so uncomfortable. The metal back has two supports that squeeze you at the back of the seat. Other than that, I love this place!
