Simply Thai

A simple joy. Warm spicy food on a cold winter night. Liked the pad prig khing so much I had 2 versions! 1 beef, 1 shrimp. Both EXCELLENT. Modified them for me to be gluten free. Very accommodating! Hot saki was smooth. Following social distancing rules and all staff wore masks. Table seating modified ro the appropriate safe seating percentage. They do takeout and delivery as well. I dont have pictures of the steak khing - I was hungry, it was cold outside, and the food was DELICIOUS!

This was my first time to simply thai and WOW! from start to finish I was impressed!! Great service, very accommodating. The food was top notch. We started with the chicken satay, 5stars!! I had the duck w/sweet and sour and my husband had the beef w/ garlic sauce. Both highly recommended. We will be back.

Exceptional food and service. I moved to Lindenhurst about 3 years ago and stumbled across this gem looking for a close dinner spot. The ambiance and energy in the restaurant is so zen and the food and presentation amazing. If I can’t dine in I pick up and take home. My husband and I love it. Not one thing we’ve tried we haven’t liked. The most authentic Thai Food around. Comparable if not better than the cuisine I tried in Thailand years ago. I hope they never leave

An hour and a half trip well worth it. Made reservations at Simply Thai for an early holiday dinner and our experience was outstanding and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous and was very thoughtful about our young son's food allergies. The place was very clean ans cozy. We would definitely return.

This was my second time to this gem of a restaurant. I live quite a distance away but it's well worth the trip! We try different things when we go. Between the apps and the entrees we're getting a real feel for this place. Everything they prepare is skillfully prepared and absolutely top notch. Always great attention to detail. The quality of the food is a steal for the prices they charge. The staff is warm and engaging. The atmosphere is serene. I will be traveling there much more frequently. Simply can't get enough of Simply Thai.

Great service and great food. Came here with my girlfriend last night after going to tanner park and was hoping for good Thai and we weren't let down. The young man that took our order was very courteous and nice. The young lady that brought us our food was very good as well. Its hard to find good Thai on long island. We had a Thai Ice Tea, seaweed salad, drunken noodle with chicken, and red curry with chicken. All were good. Glad we found this place. We'll be back for sure.
