Dunkin'

So disappointing...usually I really try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but first I tried to order 2 different coffees and they were out of both flavors, then they had NO donuts, so I get thats not completely the employees fault...so we ordered 2 coffees a mocha and an iced caramel with whipped cream and extra caramel...NEITHER coffee came flavored. The mocha tasted like warm dirty water and the iced had no whipped cream or caramel. Not a happy start to the morning and totally ruined or morning treat. We will continue to drive the extra 10 minutes to star bucks!

I’ve been going to this location for months now with no problem yet today I ordered some thing that I’ve been ordering all this time a large frozen Matcha latte. I can’t drink regular milk so I got it with a milk substitute. It said on the app and at the drive-through menu that it would charge me $.50 extra yet when I got to the window to pay for it my charge went way up to over eight dollars and the lady told me that because I’m ordering a milk substitute they have to charge extra. Well I already thought that they were going to charge me the $.50 but instead of paying the usual 6 and some change my one item cost over eight bucks. Not fair and very shady business practice to not be upfront about your prices!! Update your app and drive thru menu! Tricking people to charge them more Just won’t work in today’s age where we have reviews like this to see what you guys do to people like me. I will not be going back at all. Everybody should be made aware of how they are ripping off their customers. I’m taking my business to Starbucks as it’s cheaper there.

I order cup of coffee, the girl hand it to me in drive through, the led was lose and half of the hot coffee spelled on my hand ,leg and the car seat too. I had a burn feeling for 4 hrs . She gave me some napkins and new cup of coffee but it looks like she really didn't care much when it happened, like it is okay to happen. It was very very hot. No more drive through in this location

This location is prompt, friendly, with a fun young staff who deserves BIG tips. The drive thru line can be long at certain times, but moves smoothly or just go inside to meet the team.
