I ate there yesterday 11/03 the food was as excellent as I remember from the past. This is a stereo-typical Chinese food place the kind you would find in Astoria Queens - this is not a 5 star Michelin restaurant - it's really good Chinese food. It was clean and fresh - I never seen anything to complain about here in the past.

Lives up to the good reviews. I had the barbecued rib and pork fried rice dinner portion. My daughter had the sweet and sour pork. It seems like a family establishment from the son to the grandmother involved. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The pork fried rice was perfect, with a hint of smokiness and flavorful. I have had Chinese in Chinatown and this was better. The rib did not taste stale like it had been sitting but instead was moist and the right amount of burnt sugar on it. My daughter's S&S was nicely fried puffy and crisp. However the sauce was poured on top. We like it separate so that we could eat at our pace without it getting soggy. I wager their other food will be great too. If you want authentic Chinese food taste, this is the place.
