Panera Bread

You are Panera BREAD and the bakers at this locale are OVER BAKING the baguettes! My family gets food here often because they love the salads and soups. Please, please, please, start taking your baguettes out about 5 minutes earlier they should be GOLDEN not BROWN. It makes them bitter. I have attached photos - you see the center part of the split? That is the color the WHOLE thing should be. Now look at the bottom - that is CLEARLY burned! Please note this is consistently happening, it’s not a one time thing. I hope you review your comments and address this. Edit Sept 14,2021 please see additional pictures you are still burning the baguettes! Edit Dec 13,2021 - added more pictures and I'm please to state that the most recent trip resulted in fantastic baguettes. Thank you Panera for listening. If this remains consistent I will update my star count! Update: 21Feb2021 - We ordered food here again and the baguettes were PERFECT even the pieces in the bag given to us with our group soup! Thanks again for fixing it - I have adjusted my star rating to 5 stars, keep it up!!!

Even though the food tasted good I got very little food for the money. The bread was too hard for me to chew and it felt like I would lose a tooth chewing it. The soup was too spicy also. I didn't get everything I ordered either and they got both orders wrong for my wife and I. We've been to other restaurants in the area and they are far better. When I go out to eat again I won't be eating at Panera Bread.

Fantastic stop for lunch and supper. The flatbread pizza a lot for one person, but it was delicious. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is one of the best sandwiches I've had, the chips left much to be desired though (consider replacing them). Finish it off with a chocolate croissant and you won't regret it. Prices are little high for semi-fast food, but I'll be back.

The food was excellent during our visit. We had been wanting to try the flatbread pizzas for quite some time and they were delicious as well as the salads that came with them. My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the tables. There were lots of empty tables but only two of them looked clean enough to eat on. All of the other tables had crumbs and obviously needed to be cleaned. There weren't very many people dining in so it was surprising to have to hunt for a clean table. Also the men's restroom sink faucet was out of order so I could not wash my hands and had to resort to hand sanitizer. I know there are many staffing shortages these days, so this is just a small complaint since the food was delicious and the service was also good.

I was very excited to finally get a Panera in our town so I was very disappointed when I went in and saw the layout and the kiosks for food ordering. However I figured that placing my order this way would ensure 100% accuracy as I have food allergies and can’t eat certain things. My husband placed our order with special instructions for leaving off certain things on my sandwich and adding mayo. Not only did they not add what he asked but they also did not remove the things I wanted left off. The soup was wonderful as always but for the price the servings are small and the place just feels very cold and empty inside. Cutting out human contact does not enhance eating out for me, very disappointed in our hometown store. The topper to that was the kiosk asking if I wanted to add a tip, I had no human interaction at all during my entire visit so who would be getting the tip, the Kiosk??? Just plain ridiculous!!!!
