This is my burger after asking for lettuce and mayo only. They never have cookies. Always mess up orders. Frequently add tomatoes to a tomato allergy person sandwich.
Edit/update:
Service and quality has improved, alot of new employees working. They were also nicer.

First of all the young lady who took my order in the drive thru was not polite at all (no customer service 😑). The young lady who took the payment was however. My original chicken sandwich was good and hot. My hamburger was so cold the bread was thick😠.

Mayo galore to much lettuce hard tomatoes,and the customer service at the drive through window oh my she was very tacky & not friendly. She barely spoke handed me my food as if she was shoving it to me.I'm done with this location Hwy 138 in Conyers best BK ever so I will go an extra few miles for fresher food and friendlier service.

This has to be one of the worst BK's I've ever visited. I ordered through the app and still sat for 15+ minutes. Then I got my order and the bun was cold like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. But that wasn't the end... Oh no. My Sprite was nothing but carbonated water. I went to take it back but the doors were locked. And the drive thru line was still wrapped. So money lost. I need to put an alert or something to remind me not to go back ever!!

I don’t understand how they would serve messed up nuggets to people and think it’s ok. Not going here anymore. Yes I use to work in a kitchen to, food like this was never given to our customers for them to eat.

Food was hot.
What I disliked was the sign on the window saying dining room is open but then you go to the door and the doors are locked. If dining in is not an option take the sign out of the window. So people don't waste their time choosing to come here for that option.

Excellent service at this Burger King. I went to the drive up, they took my order. I then drove up to the window to pay. The staff at the window greeted me with a smile. I was treated with friendly, prompt, professional service. My order was correct, the food was fresh and temperature was appropriate for the items I ordered and received. I would come back to this Burger King again without hesitation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a curbside order, sat outside for I over 20 minutes only to go through drive thru for him to tell me to pull around. Now my foods cold and now he wants to argue with me, I'm over Conyers and can't wait to move ASAP. Don't eat here you will be highly disappointed.
