I ordered Southern Style Whitefish, Broccoli, and Baked Potato. The fish is a big piece; but the sides are small portions. If you’re a person with a big appetite, this is not going to fill you up. If you eat this for dinner you’ll need a snack later. But, the food, and customer service is good.

Food was great. We had the fish, shrimp, baked potato, and the green beans & Mac and cheese were heavenly. Highly recommend.

I ordered the catfish meal with baked potato and coleslaw at around 4pm on 8/5/2021. I asked that they remove the bacon and leave just the cheese. This was a $12 meal. When I opened the meal I found an old dried out potato with bacon thrown on it (no cheese) that looked like it had been sitting for two weeks and they just reheated. The inside of the potato was actually turning yellowish brown and tasted stale. There were no condiments in the bag i.e. butter, sour cream for the potato—even though nothing could help. There were 2 real small pieces of over cooked greasy catfish. Not worth the price paid.They were so over cooked you could have broken your teeth! I ordered a cheesecake and they didn’t put it in. I was appalled that any restaurant could hand out such horrible food and not expect people to complain!!!!

I am visiting from out of town wish I had visited another Captain Ds besides this one! Hush puppies was left off asked for coleslaw to be placed in a bowl to keep my fish from getting wet that didn’t happen. I called manager placed on long hold decided to go ahead eat was very hungry started to eat my coleslaw and there was a piece of plastic paper in my slaw! No longer want this food!!

This is my favorite location. Modern look, clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Always hot and fresh orders.

The food is great but the service was below satisfactory. The young lady on drive through speaker 10/16/21 just before 8:00 lacks customer service skills and may need additional training. Not a good look for the restaurant.
