Hardee's

Just to sum it up. Took over 20 minutes to get our order. There was about 7 staff members "working" when we placed our order, with a total of four orders the entire time we were there. Saw one person actually prepping and cooking the food. There was a customer in the restaurant speaking with a manager about a complaint she had with staff from the previous Friday evening. The staff member she was complaining about just kept looking at her and smiling as the manager informed the customer she had spoken with the employee and it was handled. Will not be coming back to this place.

Ordered a 1/4 pound burger and onion rings. Hot food fairly quick. The place looked hammered! One employee was in the lot talking almost the entire time I was there, another was asleep on a table. Didnt stir in the least. Trash on the tables, smelled of sour mop water. The brandy bottle on the ledge outside the lobby door was a perfect touch.

I usually have a good a experience at most Hardee's or Carl Jr. that I go to. The service was great. Hate to say the food didn't match. They gave me the thinnest piece of chicken on sandwich I have ever seen.My buns were supposed to be toasted but they ended up burnt. My burger seemed as if it had been sitting under the light all day and they put it in the microwave to make it seem fresh. The meat was dry, bread was hard. The best thing in my meal was the fries and Sprite. The sad part is I had to wait 10 mins for them to bring it to my car. I would have turned around but I was half way to my destination when I found out how bad this meal was. I ended throwing the sandwiches away. Needless to say I wont be going back. Food is horrible.

Don't stop here. You can get delicious food at a good Hardees. This is NOT one of the good ones. The staff does not have a clue how to run a restaurant. Everything was wrongwith my order. 10 minute wait for fast food. Wrong size burger. No lettuce that i paid extra for. Stale bun. Mustard oozing out of the bottom. And that couldn't even get the burger in the bun! Don't stop here.

I bought two breakfast biscuits yesterday morning and today I had a coupon from doing the survey for buy one get one free sandwich. The service was quick employees are polite and the third pound thickburger was absolutely delicious. I ordered mine with everything except for cheese it was the bomb diggity!

Freaking sucks! Very bad experience as I will never ever eat there again. Dennis is the worst possible assistant manager (Team Lead) and should be fired. His willingness to lose a customer over 30cent after getting my order wrong in the first place and having me drive back to attempt to get it right ended in a full refund and a trip to The King! Thank God for choice... And we wonder why there are not too many Hardee's left in the Metro area.

I usually go to the drive thru in the morning. Breakfast is always great. The young lady has excellent customer service skills at the window. She knows exactly what condiments I want without me asking. Having great customer service in today society is almost a wash. So yes it's a pleasure to stop at this location. Thanks again Hardee's!
