Wendy's

Stopped here after a long day of traveling as I had not eaten all day and it was one of the closest resteraunts to the hotel. I ordered the jalapeno popper spicey chicken sandwich. What I got was nothing close. The chicken patty was not the spicey one, there were no jalapenos, and pretty much missing everything else, like their basic chicken sandwich with bacon added. It would be one thing if they didn't have any of the ingredients and informed me of that, not a word was said about it, not only that but it took much too long to receive my food for there only being two cars in front of me. I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone.

The place was clean and looked nice. It was lunch time. 6 people in line. Nobody was taking orders. It took quite a long time to get to the front of the line. The lady taking orders would take an order then immediately retreat to the back to fill orders and help 5 other people service the drive thru. The food was good when I finally got served. But major turn off waiting over 20 minutes to be served. Seems that poor management was the cause. For that reason I will more than likely not return to this location.

Stop at this location order 2 meals nuggets meal and 4 for 4 got home my food was cold told the young lady i wanted original nuggets gave me spicy didn’t receive a receipt Save the food talk the manger Simone told her the issue she stated they was close for the night I said k I’ll come tomorrow came next day she was there she act as thou she didn’t remember me and put the icing on the cake she ask me what do I want her to do such a way to handle a situation. I will be taking this situation to upper hand manger if you don’t want to work don’t apply for these leadership roles horrible horrible !!!

Went there, ordered and they got my order wrong. Had to pay extra for their mistake and to top it off,I received cold and old fried. Had to drive around again and wait to get back to the window ama they're all standing around when finally little girl asks what's wrong, we tell her the fries are cold and her response is, I didn't make them plus we had asked for our receipt and oh we threw it away. She needs to be retrained. This is second time gone there and not again.

This is a busy Wendy’s located in an active shopping area. Staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. The line at the drive-in seem to move along pretty smoothly. My order was taken and received accurately and quickly. Food was appropriate temperature for the items that I ordered. My only issue was a wet/dry vac and a spill that was left unattended when I went inside. Overall good experience at this Wendy’s.
