Taco Bell

Can someone help me understand what the hell is this? Placed an online order at 10:37PM which is well before 1AM closing time, to receive non satisfactory service and food. My order was incorrect. Ordered a beef toasted cheddar chalupa box to receive a chicken chalupa, the 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but the flour tortilla which didn't come with the extra beef I paid for, the crunchy taco pic speaks for itself, the lemonade strawberry squeeze drink I ordered was not available, and they only could offer me hot or fire sauce. Needless to say this particular location sucks. If you're in the area, do yourself a huge favor by not wasting your money here...keep driving. I'm so thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money I spent last night. Ooooh let me rewind just a bit...10 minutes before receiving my online order, I was told there were no online orders in their system (keep in my the time I ordered), but my card was charged. I was in line at the drive-thru and reached order speaker by 11:10ish. I'm sure you can imagine how things went from there. Then they didn't give me a receipt.

Had a very pleasant experience tonight at this location. My order was made correctly and tasted great. The girl that took the order in the drive-thru and at the window was a very kind young woman. I can tell she is a genuinely hardworking girl. Very sweet and well-mannered. Mind you, it is the evening before July 4th and while most people are off enjoying their holiday weekend, this young lady is working hard through the night. Time of my order was at 9:23:45pm. She deserves to be recognized for her work ethic and superb customer service.

The lobby is a mess & the floor in front of the counter is a mess. There was no one in the lobby when we came in & it was like this the last time we visited. The worst part is that they have this giant window vinyl cling advertising the Mexican Pizza... .that has been removed from the menu again. They no longer sell this item but they are still advertising it on their front window that can be seen from the street!!!!

The drive thru manager that was on the shift of January 24th was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come across in a drive thru along with the associate. I ordered a number 8 and was give a number 3 when explained they were hell bent in saying I ordered the wrong thing but happily offered to make what I originally ordered and HAD A TASTE FOR Instead I told them to refund me the money.. since I'm a " liar"you don't need my money. Im the customeri am always right. And you make 15/hr with no customer service. No gloves wearing unprofessional manager.
