Amici Conyers

So so experience. We dined as a family to celebrate my cousins birthday (the big 8) on a Wednesday night. She loves pizza. We were seated right away. Low steady flow of diners that night. The waitress was nice, yet young. Majority of the staff were young, and a little over staffed for a weekend day night that wasn’t super busy. The food took quite a while to come out for only a few diners in the restaurant. Food ordered: - a slice of cheese pizza (cold)- but she was a kid and didn’t complain. At the end she wanted more since she was still hungry but refrained from ordering bc she said it would take too long (she’s 8). They weren’t even busy. Why did everything take so long and yet came our cold? Idk -Order of Alfredo - she was happy it was saucy but you could see the extra oil that sat on it if it wasn’t constantly stirred. Ew. Served with a flatbread slice- cold. *-The only vegan options were a side salad and house vinegarette. Hummus (not made in house), and fries. I order the salad and fries. The side salad was horrible. Greens were wilted and wet (literally, the bottom of the plate was wet). The best part we’re the 3 pieces of red onion. The bowl was huge for a side salad. Dressing was simply olive oil with black pepper at the bottom. I asked to have it redone bc it wasn’t fresh. She happily returned it and had it remade. The second one was just as worst. Dressing as well. The slice of bread- hard and cold. The fries were from the sharable menu but weren’t even enough for one person. I asked if this is how they come and the waitress just gave me a smile. No answer. I would never order those as an appetizer at that size; who’s sharing them? I was so hungry. —Order of a cheese burger and fries (it’s looked delicious and she enjoyed it as well). -Chicken Caesar salad (looked good, tho it was excessively topped with bacon, she moved the excess to the side and enjoyed it). -Buffalo chicken sub and fries-enjoyed it as well. -Order of 6 wings. She enjoyed the wings. Super disappointed they didn’t come with fries. Would have been nice for the waitress to offer ordering them. All in all. Horrible. And after each question all the young waitress could give was a “I’m sorry about that” with no real attempts to fix anything (outside of bringing another wilted salad). No manager or anything, yet the place was over staffed and they were all full of laughs and joy to have one customer at the bar. Maybe the staff is all super young and aren’t well trained on how to prep and serve food and accommodate guests. If I saw your second salad wasn’t up to par I would work with the kitchen, not keep bringing it out to my tables. From the vegan and non vegans we won’t be returning for food. I was super excited about the beer selection in this new Conyers establishment. Maybe one day I’ll return to try one. Maybe. Definitely not for food though.

Absolutely Horrible. Waited 1 hour for a calzone with maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant. The first Calzone they brought me was black and burnt and also uncooked. Then they brought me a second one and it was burnt and just take a look at the pepperonis and cheese… pepperonis were uncooked and cold. The cheese felt like it was right out of the fridge. Freezing cold. I will never go back and will never reccomend anyone to go here.

The atmosphere was decent, but order accuracy needs improvement. How I ordered my food is not how what I received, I ordered a hamburger with bacon, and only certain toppings. I did not get the bacon an got the opposite toppings I order. We ordered a starter (boneless wings) and did not receive it until we got all of our food. My husband order was also not accurate (chicken parmesan with sausage, sausage was missing and it came with the smallest roll ever. However, my kids pizza was fine. Would not be returning, not sure if it was a bad day for them or not, but this was our experience.

Awful experience. Won't be back. Ran out of liquor, waiter got mixed drinks wrong and ice melted when we finally got them. Drinks were forgotten. Manager was pretending not to know what was going on. Food was warm at best. Had to cancel one entree as it never came out. Fried chicken salad came out ten min after all other plates. Just awful.

Waitress was extremely slow, considering how empty the restaurant was. They got our order wrong twice, and took forever to correct it. We waited 45min to get drinks from the bar, by the time we received them our meal was almost done. And after specifically asking for a light handed pour for our drinks, they were so strong we couldn't even drink them. If you are interested in eating at an empty restaurant with incompetent waitstaff and an inability to bring you what you order and a desire to wait 45min for a drink from the bar, than this is certainly the place for you.

Visited for the second time and quality has gone done considerably. I'm sorry but I have to take it down to 1-star. Food was not edible. Sandwiches were so soggy we couldn't eat. Bartender was slow with beers. Menu has been trimmed to bare minimum. It's not worth going there anymore. We had a wonderful experience at Amici Conyers location. We eat out two to three times a week and try to find new restaurants to try. I'm glad we tried this one. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. All of the dishes we ordered were exceptionally delicious. XXX hot wings were hot and full of flavor and just the right size. Not too big or too small. Gluten Free pizza was one of the best and chicken sandwich was excellent. To top it off they have a good selection of beers and desserts are scrumptious. We had to pleasure to be served by 'Monty'. He is probably one of the best servers they have.
