Starbucks

It’s five employees working and they still messed my order up. I usually come on Sunday and theirs two employees who always get it right. I asked for caramel drizzle and she put it on the top telling me that’s caramel drizzle I said so u made my other drink the correct way so now u telling me that’s caramel drizzle she said yes. Get it together and don’t just make stuff up as you go. I’ll just go on exit 84 where I live and not here again.

The most recent two times I have went which was yesterday and a few days prior I've had such friendly and great service. The ladies running this starbucks are killing it. I used to avoid this one like the plague because the people behind the counter used to be down right rude and horrible to deal with for no apparent reason. So now I will definitely be seeking this location out for my starbucks needs. I did ask if they had snack boxes available, they explained to me they have tried to order them but can't get them instock. I think the snack boxes would do great here *hint hint nudge nudge starbucks HQ* And please show appreciation for these wonderful ladies behind the counter!

I ordered a grande size hot coffee with 4 packets of sugar and half and half on the side. I was charged 2.73 because the cashier wasn’t paying attention. She was occupied with chatting with another customer about her transfer to another store. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my Starbucks points for my coffee. She charges me instead. I walked out of the store not realizing this until I get to my car and taste my coffee. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The cashier who took my order told me that at this store, they don’t redeem points less than or more than 150 points. Why not tell me that when I was ordering the coffee? I also told her that my coffee wasn’t made correctly. So, I was charged for pumped sugar in my coffee even though I didn’t want that. The only good thing about this location is the young lady who actually prepared my coffee. She was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I won’t patronize this location again. I typically go to McDonald’s for a simple black coffee with creamer and sugar on the side. McDonald’s has yet to fail me. I wasn’t expecting such a simple order at Starbucks could result in this. Smh...
