This is such a great Arby's (minus the drive thru!) Tiff is such a delight. She's the reason I drive out of my way to visit this location. She deserves a raise her people skills, efficiency and knowledge is next to none!

Quick. Clean and friendly. Employees where courteous neat a d friendly. Had great smiles when taking order and handing order.

Their food was dry. I got a chicken wrap, it was very difficult to chew. My friend got a beef dip, 1 came free with hers, she sent that one home with me. I heated it up the next day in the microwave. That bun was so hard and dry, it wouldn't even soften up in the microwave. The meat looked almost like beef jerky only a lot thinner. I am not sure what they could do about it, I hope their corporate office had a solution, they are the ones that makes all franchises to buy from vendors.

I was really wanted this to be good since I was craving it. It was just so so... No napkins skimpy on the cheese. But I ate was I was given.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been because of the employees. Someone needs to sit them down and give them a class in manners and etiquette. I won’t be back I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Also called and the manager wasn’t any better. What a shame. I suggest going to Burger King they are always kind and it’s family owned.
