Don't bother. I've gotten 5 wrong orders in the last month and I always find it after I get home. If you get something from here, check your order and receipt immediately after you get it. Chances are you'll get something messed up and have to go back and get it fixed on your own time.

Long line as usual. As always they are rushing you to order and yet nobody listens. I asked for a soft taco with my meal instead of crunchy. I get crunchy, they gladly get me a soft taco allow me to keep the crunchy. Only to not hold the sour cream then had to ask 5 times with 2 different people about mild and fire sauce.

The person a week ago that said the customer service was great is either delusional or works there. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered on the app, my card was charged, but the restaurant refused to make my order even after showing them proof of the order (including the location it was ordered) and of the money coming out of my bank account.
I made ANOTHER order and was charged again to be able to receive my food.
I asked for a number to be able to call, rectify the situation and get my money back from the app order. They said they didn’t have a number and I’d have to find it myself. WHAT?!
To top it all off, our order ended up being wrong. :))
The lack of professionalism is ridiculous.

My FAVORITE Taco Bell anywhere! The staff gets to know their regulars and can pretty much guess what they want when they see their vehicle pull onto the lot; they get two 👍 👍 from me every time!
