Service was Horrible. With a capital HORRIBLE. I am not from Conway but I know I will never eat at this IHOP again. Waited over 10 minutes after being seated to be able to order and then had to wait on the order after another 5 minutes on top of the food getting prepared because they didn't know a order was placed. When I did receive my order of Strawberry Bananas French Toast they did not have anymore Bananas and I still was charged and paid the full price. On top of when Finish eating and tired of waiting I had to go find someone to be able to pay and get out of their as fast as possible. And something as simple has a pen is not available. Had to sign my receipt with a crayon. All the money they making and they can't provide Pens to sign with. I am never eating at this establishment again. The one in Little Rock was 1000 times better and they was under staff. SMH

We visited them around 9 in the morning and it's super crowded. The receptionist told us it'll be 10mins waiting list but we ended up waiting for 30mins. It's okay though. However I found the hash browns had a weird smell and my eggs are undercooked (I requested it to be well done). The waiter was actually nice to ask if we need for change, however we saw they were short on worker so it's okay. The pancake was good anyway and the waiter was super nice. I hope they can find more people to work for them so they can prepare the order more precisely. Overall I'll say it's an okay place. Fair price and portion. But don't expect too much. Cool place to hang out. Revisit? May be. If it's your first time there I'll recommend their sweet menu over their savory one (although I actually prefer savory food, but perhaps it's not their forte here).

It would have been hirer. I liked the food hands down. But when I told the lady to keep the tip and I would tip the other person she said she would however she lied. And gave the tip to someone else. I have no problem with her not keeping the tip I had a problem with her being dishonest. Everything else was great.

We stopped here on a road trip, and we are so glad we did. Amazing food! Kind of expensive to be honest but the food is so delicious, it's worth the money! My family and I got a variety of things and they were all amazing! The waitress was attentive and helpful as well. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience!
