The girl that took are order was mean seems like she was mad because we ordered alot are order was 25 we gave her 30 and asked for some ketchup she brought the ketchup and said here u go I said I gave u 30 she said I no I laid it down in there I said just keep it won't be back

Very slow at all times, even when not busy. Just went by and it took over 5 minutes (more when including other issues I'll describe later) to get a basic coke with easy ice and the large cup was HALF FULL with ice. How is that easy ice?
The reason it took even longer than 5 minutes is I couldn't check in because I couldn't get GPS signal from under their thing up there that stays over the car when you park. Had to back up the car to get it to checked in.
Went by one time and it let me check in even though the order was at the one up the street. I don't know why the app said this was the closest one but the other Sonic is way too close to this one. I don't understand why they would put them so close together. It's also a bit of a curve onto the other road, not a normal intersection. It seems almost like one of those roads that changes names after a curve. Anyways, the point is I wouldn't have had to wait there s o long then that one time then push the button only to be told they have no order, if the app didn't allow me to check in at the wrong Sonic. Even if you want to blame me for not knowing which address it is, you have to blame the app for allowing me to check in at the wrong one. Normally you cannot check in unless you go to the correct one.

I got the wrong order, by the time I figured it out I was at home. But the food was really good. Next time I'll order that.

I would recommend the other locations in Conway is you're going to eat Sonic. It's not in the best location and it's a bit dated. Staff is friendly enough but they're food quality isn't consistent.

It seems this location has its fair share of problems ranging from staffing to stalls not working properly. I visit this location 7 to 10 times per week. While unfortunate, I have to say I have yet to encounter anyone who works there with a bad attitude, no matter the circumstances.I don't know if this is due to good mansgement and/or great, team oriented, employees. Kudo's to the Harkrider staff for exceptional customer service!

I come to this Sonic all the time for a quick drink stop and am always pleased. Today, a carhop named Chris brought me my large drink w/ extra ice and an additional mini cup of ice if it wasn’t enough! How thoughtful. Thank you, Chris!!
