I travel all across the country and typically go to Starbucks for my drink. I have never in my life been handed a halfway full cup because I don’t want ice in it. As you can see in the picture it’s not even filled to the very top line. Whenever I asked the drive thru employee if she could add more milk so that I could have a full cup, she said “that would be where the ice goes.” and I said yes but I didn’t get ice and she goes well that’s what it is and handed me my drink pretty aggressively.

Usually have no issues here and the employees are very nice, but I ordered two hot drinks with oat milk and no whip as me and my boyfriend are very lactose intolerant. They gave us regular milk and whipped cream and we've been very sick all day from it.

Normally Starbuck is amazing and leaves me very satisfied. This time it didn't because they are out of whipped cream and vanilla. Also in my frappuccino they used vanilla bean powder watch was fine but it tasted like they threw grease in my frappuccino and blended it with milk and ice.

Ordered on the app for “in store” pickup, per usual. When we get to the store they have the doors locked, but no sign on the door. The drive thru has 9 cars wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot. I get it, perhaps Covid had them short staffed. However, by the time we waited in line 10 minutes to get to the order station and mention our app order the barista says our order has already been made and is ready. Another 8 minutes until the window and of course, our coffees were lukewarm as we drove away. I could be wrong, but the orders placed via the app should not be fulfilled until the car is in line at least.

Usually pretty busy, they often are running low of supplies, and the location of the building is at a busy intersection. But the food has the same good quality of any other Starbucks and the staff is very kind.

I stop at starbucks because im trans (and a starbucks partner myself) and its a safe place for me to use the restroom when im traveling the state. previously had 5 star review but today they were cold towards me.

We ordered 2 Frappuccino's with a extra shot of expresó and they tasted watered down. Very disappointed
