Serranos Mexican Grill

4/24/22, 5:40pm. The host was absolutely horrible and one of the rudest people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. My wife went here to pick up an online order (which by the way they don’t honor) so why they even have this setup as an option I have no idea. But we placed the order to go and waited for it. She went to pick it up and the host completely miss heard and screwed the order up. My wife for the record is an immaculate speaker and has no issue with annunciations so not sure what the barrier there is. Anyway the host proceeds to huff and puff and roll their eyes like a child. I’m sorry that your mistake was such a inconvenience for you but there’s no need to take it out on us. I highly doubt anyone will reach out but I would recommend pulling the hostess and let her do something else. Horrible experience. There’s no need for the level of rudeness she had on display from the moment we spoke with her.

I would give them zero stars if possible! Placed an order online and went to pick it up they tried to tell me they don’t do online orders(lying to my face). So I pulled up my receipt sent to my email and she then just blew me off and said we not fixing orders. They still had 30 minutes before close, and I placed my order 20 min. prior to that. Will not get ANY more of my time or money😡

The chilaquiles dinner and gordita I ordered were both fantastic. I was almost full from the chips and tasty cheese dip before the food came, I had to take most of it home and it served me for 2 meals! And I still have leftover cheese dip :) margaritas are big and delicious, all around great experience.

It sucks I would not recommend for anyone! I’ve had experience with glass, and plastic in my food. Food used to be good years ago, but now The quality went so far down. The tortilla’s are now not homemade anymore, so stale and disgusting. I ordered a spinach enchilada but their was just oil, and dried up spinach. As well with dried up a Tortilla! This is absurd!!!! Please get your food together again like it was back in 2018.

I ordered this evening using Bitesquad. I ordered fajitas and enchiladas with cheese sauce. They forgot to put the tortillas in and the cheese sauce on the enchiladas. This was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! How hard is it to read the order slip and get it right? I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! They are incompetent.

Haven't been here in a while and figured I would see if they have changed their recipes. Thankfully they have not changed anything. The food was great as always the staff are friendly. I will visit them again in the future. Went to Serranos Mexican Grill for lunch today had the chimi lunch. It was still every bit as good as the first day I went there. The chips and queso were hot when served. The food was great as always.
