Excellent service! Ordered mushrooms on top of my steak, and they came in a bowl in French onion soup unsliced (whole button mushrooms) - I should have been sliced if they were for on top of your steak. Ordered the boomerang Margarita sampler and two of the four were so overly sweet it was like drinking Kool-Aid.

Always a top notch experience. Food and service is always excellent. Andrew, the bartender, is always very attentive and keeps my drinks full and makes sure the food is right. Conway Outback is definitely a favorite of mine

First steakhouse I’ve been to in Conway that actually made my steak perfectly!!! Potatoes were undercooked and partially edible. One salad came with the wrong dressing and the porterhouse steak was overcooked. Took a long time to get drinks. Restaurant was nice and clean! Our server Kyle was really nice.

Waitress we had Monday, wish I could remember her name, worked her tail off to take care of her customers. Very attentive to her customer's needs and enjoyed visiting with her after our dinner when she finally got a chance to breath.
Their waitresses like her don't get paid their worth. She ran circles around the other younger waitress who seemed to think her phone was more important.

Great experience! Our server was friendly, and the manager was helpful as well. Food was delicious and they accommodated us very well. If you're in the area grab a bite to eat here. And their lunch specials are great too!

Went on Mothers day while the place was packed but did not have to wait long. Service and food were better than expected. The restaurant was also clean and presentable. I usually do not wait but was happy I did as being mothers day almost every other place would have been packed with a much longer wait. I also usually avoid big chain restaurants but this place had the service and experience usually obtained from local owned businesses.

The food was fantastic! I'm always nervous about ordering a steak at any chain restaurant, but I was surprised! The service was on point as well! On top of being a skilled bartender, Andrew was very friendly and a welcomed conversationalist. I'll definitely be back!

Just had a wonderful dine in with my wife. Phillip was the best! I had to be careful to not make eye contact with him lest he would stop whatever he was doing and leap to our service. Best experience I’ve had in years and I’ve dined in some very… well I’ve been some places. Thanks Phillip!
