The food and service was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door on down to drinks, food and service was really quick. The place was packed and had a lot of private parties going on but that didn't get in the way of us getting our food. Everything was so good. Thanks for the great service!
The food was very good and the atmosphere was excellent. But once we got our food, we never saw our waitress again. We didn't get refills on our drinks. We didn't get refills on our salsa until we were finished eating and somebody came and asked us if we wanted anything else. Too little too late.
Me and my husband just moved to the area and we weren't sure where we should take my best friend for dinner so we said well we will try this place and im so happy we did everything about the place was good. If you are in the area and want some great food with great service, try it. This is the place to go. The only thing they need to do is dust. The lamp shades are so dusty, and your plate is right over it. The screen for the AC filter needs to be shut. Only one side was, shut it, was hanging down some, that's the only thing they need to pay attention to other than that everything was great.
Service was the best part of the lunch. There was nine of us and the waiter kept up with drinks very well. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. One meal did come out incorrect but the guy still ate it. I do find the prices steep for Mexican lunch. Drinks are $3.30 so make sure you realize that while ordering. Most lunches were $12+. This is my only con for the restaurant.
Great food, excellent ambiance, and stupendous service! My mom and I got carnitas and the shrimp fajitas and we really enjoyed our food! Lupe was our server and he really made the dining in experience pleasant and enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back again! We were going to go somewhere else for lunch but then, saw the reviews for El Cerro and changed our minds! Glad we did!

Good food, good service. As with everything, cost going up. By the time you pay for a tea with taxes and tip, it's over $4 now which is really too high. Somewhere that you can go to now n then but because of costs, we'll have to cut back.
Not a huge fan of Mexican food but they definitely did a great job! They were able to accommodate a huge group for us with no problems! Definitely going to come again!
Always excellent service and delicious food. We have been going to this location for over 10 yrs and have never disappointed. The management is always prompt and he really cares about his customers.
This was a nice find for lunch. We wanted to grab a bite, and there you were. Good food, good prices, and nice restaurant.
