Decided to do a late night order online for this Wendy's. It was the first time I ever ordered anything on my phone for a Wendy's. The app was great. We have rewards now. We also have lots of different offers on there to choose from. The lady is working we're very good and explained to us that they don't start chicken until we get there so it takes an extra 6 minutes. That was the best 6 minute wait I ever had. By the time I got home those chicken sandwiches were crunchy and super hot. The food that came along with it was also at a great temperature. Thank you so much for building up my faith in Wendy's again. Again those two ladies I wish I had their name and whoever made our food did a great job. I will be going there again and again and again.

Friendly staff and great Baconators. The bacon was nice and crispy, not like many places where its only half done. Still drive through only, and be aware that if you have a coupon it's applied when you pay. That was slightly confusing when we placed our order.

I must say that the staff working that late night had there hands full. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which they told me they need to make it ftesh and would take 8 minutes if I would like to wait. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my drink and fries to large, the fries were fresh as was the sandwich. Thank you to the late night crew Sunday night.

This review is based more on the food and not the employees or service.
The southwest avocado salad that my wife ordered was extremely bland. The avocado was tasteless and the lettuce was wilted. The salads are pre packed so it’s not the staffs fault.
The service was VERY slow due to the short staffing. Again not a reflection on the staff. They are doing the best they can with the resources they are given.
Once we made it to the window the women that served us was kind and personable.

I've stopped at this Wendy's countless times over the past 5 or so years. Normally everything is on par with what you would expect. Stopped here last week while out to pick up dinner. My wifes order was fine. My spicy chicken was really under cooked. I had basically already driven home before the discovery. I understand this is not their normal, but it still stinks. It wasn't worth going back and complaining, since I was already home.

I had to two orders one online was already done and one I paid in cash at register was the burger. Wish I can give zero stars very unprofessional Wendy’s location both manger’s playing with the workers. The lady in the pink shirt very unprofessional yelling at customers the spicy nuggets they cooked them at a certain time and they just never make fresh one’s it be the same nuggets since morning taste weird. My brother is very allergic to pickles I ask can you remake it only think she did was take the pickles off and gave me the same burger and laughed. My brother could had die. The general manager or who ever in charge need to do something about her behavior.

Just got an order from door dash delivered to my job. They were missing an entire burger, the fries were half full, and cold.
I think its funny fast food employees are demanding at least 15 an hour. Ya can't even read an order slip and make a burger.

This Wendy’s has really gone downhill! Their drive thru line is always long and moves at a snails pace! There inside is not open…poor quality of service! Wendy’s corporate needs to step in FAST!
