Would be easy for me to say it took to long but I understand things take time. I was told my order wasn't in the system so I parked. After getting my food I was then told to wait as something was missing, I didn't see anything missing but I thought I wait. Cut to 20 minutes later no one tells me what I'm waiting for so I pull into drive through where I'm told your order was confirmed.
I try to be a very patient person but to wait around for 20 minutes for no reason and wast time isn't fun for me

I visited 09/24/2020 at 8:12 PM. My order was $15.53. My card was charged again at 8:25 PM for $15.53. I called the store 8 or 9 times and no one answered each time so I went out of my way to go back to the store. When I got to the window, the boy (Pastor- also the same guy that took my order and swiped my card the first time) said “what’s up”. We told him how my card was charged twice and he argued saying he didn’t charge us twice even though we showed him my card was clearly charged twice and he just closed the window, walked off, and got some other lady to come to the window. She was no help at all either and just told us to come back in the morning. I doubt I’ll get any help from them at all so my next step is to call corporate! I’m never coming here again. I rather go out of my way to the other Jack in the box than go here.

Fresh and hot. I ordered a sausage biscuit and it was $3.48..i took it back in and they said it's the same price so I kept the egg. They remade the whole sandwich fresh.Really good.
