So the customer service was good and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our reservation. YET, as you see per the photos. The food portions are small. Our food did not come out fresh. Some of our food was cold. My husband’s Brussel sprouts were burnt and everyone who had a steak said it was fatty. My broccoli was undercooked and cold. But our bill was over $100. Definitely overpriced.

Enjoyed dinner tonight with the family. Brittany the hostess was awesome! She always is and remembers us when we come in. We called ahead for a table. Excellent service by Ruby who was very friendly and attentive all while training a new server. The food was very good. My daughter has been raving over the grilled chicken and my wife had the chicken laredo. I enjoyed the country fried steak. Great job to the chef! We will be back to dine again soon. We frequent Salt Grass and will visit soon!

Friendly service, fast, courteous. Restaurant was a little dirty. Loaded potato appetizer was good. The grilled chicken breast was good, maybe a little dry. Flavor was mild, could use a little more seasoning. Overall, it as pretty decent. Pretty good for the money, but I think I still prefer Out ack Steakhouse for this level restaurant.

Just got my delivery from door dash. These were the salads I got. Look at all the brown lettuce. Would you have served these if I were sitting there? I would not have accepted this if I were there. Usually the salads are pretty good but this was wrong. Luckily the entrees were good but these salads shouldn't have even gone out the door.

The 19 dollar chicken fried chicken was suboptimal, super thin, more crust than meat.the crust was burnt in some areas and the chicken was dried out. After waiting an hour for delivery I ate it for sustenance nothing else.
I felt a a little bit better about the 28 dollar ribeye although fries were thrown all over the steak. How about multiple compartments in your to go dishes. 28 dollars worth ? Questionable at best.
Lettuce? Picture speaks for itself.
This was a delivery order so maybe it was out of sight out of mind.
Presentation means a little I think even if its to go and this overall presented like a truck stop cafe meal.( and for the record I’ve had some great meals at some those cafes so maybe it’s an unfair analogy!)

Worst saltgrass meal I’ve ever had and I’ve been to multiple locations and never had a complaint.

Place has really gone downhill since our last visit. It took an hour to get our food, all of which was either overcooked or cold. This"baked" sweet potato was like baby food. The table behind us had problems as well. The manager took $20 off our meal and didn't even ask us to give them another try.

Is this restaurant run by children? The service was poor and the food was not that great. My ribeye was medium when I ordered medium rare, the Brussel sprouts were soggy and the shrimp were gross and dried out. Just all around bad. The staff needs some more training.

Stopped in for lunch. Service was spectacular. Bread was warm and delicious. Salad was great. Mashed potatoes were way over salted. The chicken fried steak tasted old. Also I thought I could probably teach them how to make one so the batter stays on better. For me to leave half a steak on the plate is unheard of of. When asked if I wanted a to go box the answer was no. Come on people a chicken fried steak is not that difficult
