Subway

They consistently screw up orders. So much so that I don’t even go to this location anymore. They might get it right if you’re there ordering and watching and only getting one thing. Don’t try to order multiple subs online though. Not to mention the staff can be pretty rude! Just my experiences and opinion. Do what you will with this information.

I only gave the Conneaut Lake store 1 star because I had to give one to write this review. I ordered 3 subs off the app and went to pick them up. I had chosen curbside pickup and let them know I was there. Nobody came out to my car so I had to go to drive thru. ALL OF MY SUBS WERE MISSING SPECIFIC THINGS I ASKED FOR! Even though it showed on the receipt the correct order. We ate them (had to put on the atuff they forgot) then I called them. They said they couldn't do anything unless I brought back the sandwiches. So just to let everyone know MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICHES OR THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU TOO!

Ordered online and selected contactless curbside delivery. With COVID, any time this is an option, I always take it. Checked in when I arrived and waited for 10 minutes before I gave up and went in. Staff acted like I was bothering them by asking for my food. Bread was hard/stale on all 4 subs and the one for my daughter had a bunch of veggies she hates and didn't order on it. Will only eat from here again if every other restaurant in Conneaut Lake and Meadville is closed. Honestly, I wish this place was still a KFC.
