Wendy's

They almost always mess up my order... I guess that is too be expected when the workers don't get adequate wages. They pretty much only hire young kids because they are the only ones who are willing to work for what they pay. Maybe if they treated workers better, quality would improve and everyone would be happier.

Food is great when you receive it! The service is not that great. The gentleman taking orders once again made my order incorrectly, forgot items and when we asked for the items he wanted me to back in line in the drive through so not to hold up the line. I bet I have paid over $40.00 worth of missed food at this location that I never recieved. Very frustrating and you can't go in the building to resolve the issue because they closed the dinning area. That will be the last time I go there.

Usually this place is great but if you come past 8pm expect long lines and possibly incorrect items. I drove thru just before 9pm last weekend and it took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers, both of which had everything on them when I had asked for cheese only. All things considered not that big of a deal but was disappointed by the differing experiences.

This Wendy’s continues to decline. They are closed when they are listed as open and their new trick is to say the dining room is closed during the day. We went in today when the dining room closed handmade sign was on the door because there were other people eating inside. The three team members we could see were standing back by the office talking and even though we made eye contact they did not come to the counter. I understand being short staffed but if you are short you should hustle to do the work. Managers are salaried and should fill in if they are short. Don’t go to this Wendy’s. It is a waste of time and they clearly don’t care.

I have never been impressed with Wendy’s in general. Every time I have gone, I’ve received nothing but poor service and disrespect. However, my experience at this store was just God awful. The management allows employees to throw temper tantrums inside the store, curse at customers, and be on their phones FaceTiming their friends. Their product looks like they have spat all over it and not to mention, they let employees vape and smoke while around product! Yuck!
