you just lost a long time repeat customer.… I will be sure to put local community how horrible customer service in resolving an issue. I no longer can recommend this place. We picked up an order placed online, both burgers on order were incorrect and large fries to share that we’re also ordered were not even in the bag. Called back multiple times with no answer, until finally picked up and promptly greeted with a ‘we’re closed message, sorry’, when it was 25min before there published closing time. I explained we were just there and order was incorrect. Rather offer to replace or correct the order, it was merely offered to refund the fries and be done. Which wasn’t acceptable for me, understanding time and travel needed to get the food, and now have a defunct dinner because of it all. What I believe to be the owners son picked up the line and essentially said have a good night, and didn’t do anything. Don’t waste your time or money. Response: absolutely, facts matter - none were avoided. 3 out of 4 items (75%) of the order was wrong or missing, defunct dinner is what it was. Your staff offered a refund for fries… no consideration for what is now an incomplete or full dinner as paid for. Nor offering at a minimum to correct the situation, to come get the the fries, possibly correcting the burgers or at least one of them (for the person driving to get the fries while their burger sits at home cold for the next 20mins to pick an order of forgotten fries). Which would have been sufficient, especially understanding it was 25 min before closing. Regarding the verbal abuse, that is 100% false. I really hope you record the calls and would encourage you to review the communication that took place from your teenage staff. While I was speaking direct, I did not once speak any profanity and stayed professional, even when I greeted and spoke with your son. With almost 30 years of customer service, and a business owner, I understand how to hold a conversation and treat customers. Tonight’s experience certainly was unfortunate and easily avoidable.
