If you want a place with computers running the dining room and the only valued metric being turnover time on the drive thru while quality and actual time to get your order fall way side. This is the place for you. The two stars is strictly because their employees over all are amazing and have always been friendly and gone above and beyond.

I try to stay away, but was craving a Filet-O-Fish meal deal. I haven't gone for a long time because I don't like eating in my car. Inside is now open. It was super busy! 2 long lines for take out and a line inside. One employee was helping put in orders at the kiosk as well delivering to the tables. There was also ordering at the counter. Considering how busy it was, orders came out quickly and hot!👍

What an absolute shitshow. Went through the 2-lane "quicker" drive-thru and it took 15 minutes for them to process 5 cars in front of me and half of the time, the girls at the windows were too busy playing with each other to actually take the order and process and give me my food. Absolute incompetence. Yes I understand this is a starters job, but there's a difference between learning and complete incompetence.

We were just there a few minutes ago to order food seems to me that your staff needs to pay more attention to what is thrown in the bags esp on a fri day night. I understand that its wicked busy i worked for dd 4 years ago and we were always told to pay attention to what is being put in the bag before handing it out the window or ran out the door. The manager on duty I guess his name is author sounded unprofessional and didn't ask for my name and instead of paying attention to what I was saying he ignored it for a min to pay attention to one of the other workers unprofessional.. sorry I've been going to this place for years and never been treated poorly.........

Beware the drink upcharge rip off!! We ordered breakfast sandwich meals, simply asking for one of the coffees to be black and the other with cream. What we got were upsized "Premium Roast" coffees and a "Drink Upcharge" of $1.99 for each cup of coffee. Without our knowledge or agreement, they ripped us off for $4. Clearly a sly, conniving and greedy operation here. Exercise caution in any dealings with this establishment. Receipt #1319 for service on 6/7/22 at 8:49 am
