99 Restaurants

So this place is in desperate need of a good cleaning along with proper staff training. If you zoom in on the pictures you will see massive amounts of dust which grossed me out. There was nasty greasy hand prints on one of the pics as well. The waitress we had was great but we did get the wrong drinks, but not upset about this as she was new. We nearly froze to death as they had the A.C blasting on us and we were not the only ones to complain of this. I asked for cheese and crackers but the filled the bottom of the bowl with cracker crumbs and put normal crackers on top to make it look like the bowl was full. In total there were 7 whole crackers. I notice a lot of staff standing around while the few waitresses they had were running around trying to fulfill their duties. 99 has gone downhill massively and it was an utter disappointment. They are lacking proper management it seems as the place was dead and they still couldn't expedite our order in timely fashion. In totally it took 27 minutes just to get drinks and the appetizers came out 2 minutes before the meal.

I came in here earlier for lunch and our server was great and very attentive. I ordered the fresh fruit sangria but received no fruit with my drink like you're supposed to have. I ordered the chicken fajita Flatbread and it only came with 2 tiny pieces of chicken on the whole Flatbread. If I'm paying for chicken I expect more than 2 measly pieces. The boneless Buffalo and gold fever chicken was okay. Not enough sauce on either. I'm giving 3 stars just for service alone because it was great. Food and drink need improvement.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and got the smallest sides ever the meals looked like what you would take home for left overs absolutely disappointed and when I called the store to complain the manager had an attitude and then hung up on me after emailing a gift card didn’t even say bye was very rude 10-10 don’t recommend the 99 in concord

This is your average 99 restaurant. I was here just once so far. I was there during a slow time and my server seemed either overwhelmed or inexperienced. She brought out my dinner first, then my appetizer. She forgot some sides, and didn't bring the proper silverware for my order. Although the food was good, my mixed drinks were a little on the week side. I didn't feel like I got the quality of service that I've had in other 99 restaurants. I would try it again and hope for a better experience. 🤞

The seating was fast, the food was cooked perfect, some seasoning was maybe missing, some things were bland. The service was the reason for the two stars, and I was appalled even to the service to others as I watched popcorn on the floor, no manager to be seen, or asking why things might be wrong, let alone seems other guest were also disappointed. I know times are tough, maybe review service standards.
