This is the second time I order pizza for delivery at this location and both times it took them more than an hour to deliver my food. On top of that my food arrives cold. I just called and they informed me it was dispatched at 7:26pm. The location is 7min from my house and it’s 7:45 now. I understand traffic but this definitely isn’t due to traffic.

The reason I gave a 1 star is because the food was not cooked thoroughly. It wasn't the norm I'm use to! The driver was polite and courteous, and before time. Which was great considering I had a 30to45min wait, but I guess he was because the food wasn't cooked properly! Now I'm in the kitchen making a meal I didn't feel like making in the first place today, for my family. I just wanted to relax. It's been along week, but that's out the window, and my 💵 as well! We all have bad days, but I would of rather had a little over cooked then under. Ijs.....

Ordered my pizza, went to pick it up. System says it's complete but they can't find it. They have to remake it with a 25 minute wait....after I've already waited 25 minutes. There was no apology. I had to get ugly to get compensated for their error and my extra time. Customer service is nonexistent. Next time....DiGiornos.

This dumpster fire of a pizza hut refused to answer my phone calls before they were closed. I placed my order at 10pm. Said delivery would be 20 to 30 mins. 10:40 I started calling. No answer. Thought to look outside mostly because i was hungry. Low and behold there was my order sitting on the porch, getting cold. No one knocked on my door. No one rung my doorbell. The tracker did not update for delivery. I threw this garbage out. I expect a full refund for the horrible service provided by this joke of a pizza delivery place. I sincerely hope management hears my messages and gets back to me asap.

We love our Pizza Hut on Church Street. I am sorry that Covid has hit thie dine in so hard. We LOVE the people there. Terry, Brandi and Chris. The managers are great. And the delivery guys are great too. Bring back the buffet! At least one day a week maybe?

My cousin took me out to supper at this Pizza Hut, our waitress Hannah was absolutely on her game. She got our drinks, our order and joked with us for a minute then scurried to her other tables. Our food came out decently fast (around 13 minutes) Hot & delicious. We will be going again!

Pizza Hut is so much better now - I had to leave you all for a while because the food went downhill, my half raw pizza was the final straw! After going to PJ for a year and seeing the new PH commercials I decided to give it a try again and have been impressed. Although, I am curious as to what happened to my varied bread crusts, as you can no longer pick one?
